Much appreciated Nick- I'm not here to "impress or astonish" anybody- as I have publicly stated many times, I'm an old dog in this game- I have been kicked down many times in Penny Land, and have had my victories as well. I have war stories that would (and will eventually) fill a few volumes of literature. I am just too damn old to play games or be anything else than as honest and genuine as I can. In my 30s, I started telling people that "I can't wait to get old so that I can be a cranky old man that doesn't give a shit and tells it like it is"- while not an "old man" yet, I think I've accelerated the process a bit. NOBODY knows what the end game will be with ANDI at this point- again, I've literally seen it all - I've taken six figure losses, lost $10K once during a cigarette break outside my office, and have also woken up to see a "dormant" ticker in my account run 2000%. I am fortunate enough to have a little bit of "disposal income" to play with here, and while the goal is always to make money- taking your lumps every now and again comes with the territory. I can;'t stress enough that OTC is no different than sitting down at a Black Jack table- The odds are with the house, but with a little experience and knowledge, there are steps one can take to try and shift the odds a bit- mostly, COMMON SENSE and DISCIPLINE! Sadly, I have seen way too many good people get in over their head in Penny Land, bet the food and mortgage money, etc. and if anything I post can help others avoid that rabbit hole, then I have accomplished something. I have lived below my means since my first "real job" at 14 years old (lied about my age to get "working papers"- this was way before computers, LOL), and have never been "over-extended"- I encourage all that will listen to follow suit. Those who think it's better to have "had it and lost it" rather than never had it at all are sorely mistaken- there are plenty of very happy people out there without money- but they are greatly outnumbered by miserable "rich folk". Now I have to get back to my day job and generate some more of that disposable income. been running 17 hours a day last couple of weeks- working on some truly groundbreaking projects around the country that I hope to tell you all about one day at our Tears or Cheers party! Happy Freaky Friday all!
