There is a strong Industry-University Cooperation

Re employees - I read the PRs saying that Blue, Carbon, Perovskite QD, InP QD, and QD-LED prototype are all accomplished and waiting for deals and partnerships. All development is accomplished directly on the continuous flow process reactor, and so "what you see is what you get" and any size job up to 4 metric tons/year can be run - there is no change needed from batch production to large scale production. There is no need to keep large staff now, before contracts and deals. Maybe after if there is any customization needed or to run the reactor round the clock, - I don't know. This is a "Gig Economy" where people are hired by the project, so for cost savings, maybe they don't need a full staff of engineers at this time, and maybe they can be re-hired when needed. We all agree QMC needs to keep costs down at this time, right?
