I might be the LONGEST Investor here reading all your stories under the RMHB Alumni post and I have a similar story as biggestjimmy. We might not like all the things Jerry got us into but I have always Liked his VISION for new ideas.
That being said I got involved with Jerry back in 2004 with a Co he started up for GPS Vehicle tracking (MTRAK) until it folded In 2009. I then invested in a new start up (PMEC) Precious Metals Exchange Corp in which I Bought in at .05 cents a share in 2009 as an initial investor which he then decided to go a different route with RTXB. So that stock was converted for me to RTXB and then I bought more in 07-24-2011 ending up with about 157,000 shares. Again as an initial investor I was getting a franchise and was going to put in a retail location here in Houston for RTXB that never jelled.
Well then comes THCZ and since I was a sucker for new ideas I really liked the hemp infused energy drink idea. He then converted all my old shares into THCZ and later on he asked me to help them with debt consolidation and pay off some debt conversion. I did and got compensated with shares as stated in the form 10-12G that they filed for uplisting to OTCQB back in May of 2016; [url=http://archive.fast-edgar.com//20160526/A925P22CZ22E42Z2222P223ZTDPTZZQ28282/[/url] Item 10. ..... Recent Sales of Unregistered Securities (Dennis Dooley).
But that was just the start. I felt so positive about this venture I bought another 5 Million shares on the open market from .05 to .14 between 2015 and 2016. I am averaged down now to about .04 but have had to sell off about 2.5 Million shares at a loss to help pay for my co-pay of my cancer treatments back in 2017.
I am now cancer free and starting to get my strength back and also getting my spirits back hoping that we are finally going to hit with this new direction RMHB is taking us on. I hate to admit but I have put most of my eggs in this one basket. God has Blessed me with another chance of LIFE and I will take what ever my financial future holds.
