$PSGR Dagnabit!!! Somehow I missed an anniversary!!! Yep!!!! On August 26, 1996 Pershing Resources (formerly XENOLIX TECHNOLOGIES) was incorporated in the State of Nevada.
Just TWENTY-TWO YEARS AGO, Pershing Resources was born. Since then, so much has occurred! There has been LOTS OF TALK about precious metals mining claims. There has been LOTS OF TALK about locations in Nevada and Arizona. There has been LOTS OF TALK about business associations. There has been LOTS OF TALK about Whamma-Jamma tecnologies. There has been LOTS OF TALK about assays. Hell, there has been LOTS OF TALK about LOTS OF TALK.
TWENTY-TWO YEARS of TALK about mining, producing and selling precious metals for rofit. LOTS OF TALK. LOTS AND LOTS OF TALK. Oh yeah, LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS OF SHARES SOLD. The ONE CONSTANT that Pershing Respurces has maintained is the share price has been consistent throughout the years. When a Press Release was issued, the share price may have gone up a bit. When months passed without any Press Releaes, the share price dropped. For TWENTY-TWO YEARS, the share price had barely reached $0.15 and has resided at or under TWO CENTS for a long long time.
