That's bullshit and you know it. No one stated "That's ALL we know." I can guarantee that ANY employee of ANY company, acting in a professional manner, is NOT going to give more detail about a business relationship to an inquiring customer than is necessary.
It's entirely possible that the Cataclean agreement was terminated. For any number of reasons, whether positive for negative. The Cataclean rep is certainly not going to go into that.
And SO WHAT if it was terminated by either party for whatever reason. That's exactly what happens with startups and distribution development. Some fail, some succeed. You stay on the path of LEAST resistance, and you keep moving forward and putting more irons in the fire.
