Your & Zpaul's scenario of a potential Cisco buyout after settlement makes perfect sense to me. Otherwise, Cisco faces the very real possibility of treble damages. Being "MFA king, holding the patents" would be a far better place for Cisco to be rather in court fighting Ropes and Gray IMHO.
