On for November is a VERY good thing IMO. Sure we don't know the details at this point but at the VERY least it means our case was not dismissed. I know, I know, that would never happen, but the reality is that anything can happen in legal proceedings. So this is a very big step for us with Mark confirming we are on for Nov.
