Reading that again ZPaul, gives me confidence that a settlement with Cisco/Duo is all but a done deal, awaiting the SA appeal victory, and subsequent lifting of the stay on the remaining cases, allowing us to close the deal with Cisco/Duo! I believe that Cisco/Duo are also looking forward to proceeding into the aforementioned settlement! Time will tell, and I believe in very short time things will move forward as anticipated, and described above!
It would be very nice to celebrate Thanksgiving this year with Duo/Cisco on a platter, along with the more traditional turkey! LOL!
