Yup, I think SB and the legal team did a pretty good job here. At the very least, you'd think LG would have taken advantage of the time over the past year to find a way to suggest a "better alternative" form of payment - such as getting paid the 50M shares. That would be worth about $100K today, and IMO a helluva lot more down the road.

But doing what attorneys do best - obfuscate, deny, play dumb, make ridiculous claims and defenses... SB's team kept the focus on "why LG shouldn't get those compensatory damages" (instead of letting it go to "how LG should be compensated".
