I’m still of the opinion that Mike was brought on with Darryl and Corbin as a package deal. Mike was supposed to handle the toxic debt from the previous regime “without diluting the stock” according to his words. Apparently he has “some experience” in that field. Unfortunately he was obviously unable to do that and billions of shares were used to end the toxicity in this shell. He got canned for making big promises and failing to deliver. Perhaps he was the fall guy all along as someone suggested to me.
From talking to numerous individuals on this board and elsewhere I have come to several conclusions, whether they prove to be fact is anyone’s guess, but here are some quick thoughts about what we’re dealig with here and remember this is simply IMO from information gathered over the last ten months.
- We have a couple knuckleheads who came up with a good idea (Brewster and Jason) who have limited experience in this field.
- These individuals have developed phones that have something special about them. It may be some sort of blockchain safety feature, may be high tech phones that they are simply selling cheaper then competition, but whatever it is the phones are real and there is something “different” about them (Melanie, Darryl, ACI, Donald Keer and even Ilja before he moved on all confirmed the phones are real, so I feel comfortable there)
- These knuckleheads with their lack of business experience in this sector botched their plan early on (Think November thru May) by promising the world but failing to deliver on time.
- Luckily these folks have surrounded themselves with other individuals that do know what they are doing (Darryl, new Advisors, Owen, etc.) and appear to be moving forward with plans they discussed in December.
- Now we are definitely behind schedule and have a bloated share structure, but if they can get these phones manufactured and they sell, then I think we are gonna be just fine.
The question remains...Does this group of individuals have what it takes to get this thing off the ground? We are clearly still on the ground floor. Despite all the work that may be going on behind the scenes, these phones are not for sale yet and until they are, we are left to wonder.
When will our day come? Many thought it would have been here by now, that is obviously not the case. Hopefully soon is the answer.
