I feel it’s dangerous to assume or speculate, but strictly IMO, I think there HAS to be some sort of agreement, partnership, license....something! They couldn’t close a deal with open litigation. It’s baffling and I don’t u sets tans why it isn’t public, but I think we are on the cusp of learning the truth. IMHO

But what do I know? I’m just a caveman.
