Good Morning All. Well, my account is looking goo

Merck Millipore was the brand used for Merck's global life science business until 2015 when the company re-branded. It was originally formed when Merck acquired the Millipore Corporation in 2010. Merck is a supplier to the life science industry. The Millipore Corporation was founded in 1954, and listed among the S&P 500 since the early 1990s, as an international biosciences company, known widely for its micrometer pore-size filters and tests. In 2015, Merck acquired Sigma-Aldrich and merged it with Merck Millipore. In the United States and Canada, the life science business is known today as MilliporeSigma.
In my opinion, MilliporeSigma is the vehicle by which Merck would be involved with UNVC/AGRiMED/SATIVEO. Why? MilliporeSigma markets a transdermal patch "blank" that is said to be the best in the market. This "blank" transdermal patch is already approved for medical trials, and that means the time, energy, money, and necessary approvals are already done. All a company need do is add their medicine to the patch, and it is good to go.
So you might ask why the FDA and DEA decisions were important. The FDA is important because they approve cannabis products for public use. The FDA will approve cannabis products that meet their strict requirements. The DEA, on the other hand, needed to reschedule CBD so it is legal to sell and prescribe by doctors and medical institutions. The DEA moved to reschedule CBD to level V --- this is the highest level and the least restrictive. This DEA reclassification means the DEA now feels CBD does have indications of medical benefit or merit. Both are extremely important, and both are necessary. In my opinion, this is merely the first step toward eventual elimination from the controlled substances list altogether. Can THC be far off? Current research indicates that THC has the ability to relieve extreme pain that currently is treated with opioid products.
Why would MilliporeSigma wish to work with UNVC/AGRiMED/SATIVEO and not some other marijuana company?
For that answer one must look at the way AGRiMED was set up. Unlike nearly every other marijuana company, AGRiMED was set up from the very beginning as a Biopharmaceutical Company, and not as the typical "pot" company. So from the very beginning, all products AGRiMED produced were to be of the highest quality medical grade. Our West Coast "pot" companies that are currently in so much trouble with the FDA for "lableing" issues were not set up the way AGRiMED is. Even companies that claim to produce medical marijuana by and large do not have the necessary controls and documentation required. So when you see the term "lableing" used by the FDA, this is what those companies are missing, and what we have to offer. This is why MilliporeSigma would have interest in partnering with us, and why a joint development project involving UNVC/AGRiMED/SATIVEO and the MilliporeSigma patch is so very possible.
