That is exactly how I see that situation. Ken Frazier calls his buddy Dr Dalton and says: "Hey Dave, Merck is screwed, the DEA has opened the floodgates for CBD and we are years behind you. We could lose a fortune. We know our competition is going to look to buyout small companies like yours and we even have to worry about mid major companies like GW Pharma passing us. Merck could lose a fortune. Could we offer you a ton of money to buyout Univec?"
