UNVC$$ I have been thinking about that buyout possibility since Saturday when I first saw Dr Daltons post about taking "OUR" next steps on Ken Frazier (CEO of Merck) LinkedIn page. And it is true that Dr Dalton has said not long ago that this is turning out to be even bigger than he thought.
When he first mentioned that he was waiting on signatures many of us thought it was FINRA. We were wrong as Dr D ruled that out. Some including myself thought it's the FDA approval for our products but having said that I am starting to believe that it could be signatures from Merck?
When Dr Dalton mentioned the other day that we are waiting on the DEA and FDA, could it be that he was referring to a buyout? Perhaps Merck has had an eye on Univec for some time and they agreed a while back that they would indeed buy us out and the proceedings would begin as soon as the DEA will reclassify Cannabis?
Very intriguing. I can't wait to see how this plays out. We are golden no matter which direction Dr Dalton takes us in imo!
