Many of them have achieved their fitness goals by partaking in a healthy lifestyle of diet and exercise. Some choose to eat lean meats and a surplus of fruits and veggies, and others have quit eating meat altogether, and for good reason. Let’s take a closer look at who they are and why they have chosen such a lifestyle.
