Contrary to what you may think I am not an employee of NTEK nor a friend of David Foley so you are wrong on both counts. I am an investor like most folks here who on paper is losing most of the funds I invested here. That being said I have been fighting abusive naked shorting for years as it is criminal according to a former chairman of the SEC. I have no doubt that NTEK has been abusively naked shorting and just so you know naked shorters have driven many many companies into bankruptcy and stolen trillions from investors in the process.
