2 Plates plus Pancakes?? Very few actually finish a full stack of our fluffy pieces of heaven. And, for the record- that video was our "salmon eggs Benedict"- although not my cup of tea, we also do a soft-shell crab Benedict that folks crawl over broken glass for, if you like those crustaceans.
