At the stroke of midnight, Federal funds have to be obligated by all Agencies and Departments or returned to the US Treasury by law. Now recall Mark's "Uptick News" statement that he could not speak of deals because "We haven't been paid yet". No later that tonight, ACS and/or Alverez, our Federal vendors, should be paid. Consequently, Mark is now at liberty to divulge some information.
