I really feel from all my readings into the 10k and the 9/24 8k’s that we should expect some sort of news next week. It could be as soon as Monday morning and will probably give us a clear understanding of all items we wonder about moving forward.
Timeline of events:
Milestone agreement with Aspire- this cost management $2 million to obtain $2 million with incentive of another $5 million with milestones. This was done to give IPIX financial footing when negotiating a term sheet.
10k shows the $2 million commitment fee as a loss- sometime in the summer management knew the term sheet would be signed and Aspire would no longer be needed. They issues the 10k to show the financial loss and to utilize material information to state they are unlikely to hit milestones and that a term sheet had been signed. They also stated that P results had not been received by that time. It does not mean P results haven’t be received from 10k to now.
Dr. Menon is terminated- very telling to the situation
Dr. B and Jane Harness accelerate their 2016 incentive shares- the most telling of everything in this timeline.
Manipulation to drive price down to all new lows, hit stop losses and create volume to acquire cheaply.
My OVERALL prediction *** Buy-Out *** at least 50% of the common shares to be acquired through buy-out or controlling partnership. I feel we had term sheet for B-OM added with B-IBD but the kicker was P results. I have a feeling P results are under the NDA and may be known. They may not be fully known but the other company wants P anyway for their own reasons.
