But the standards changed in 2016. There is a small group in the upper middle reaches of the FDA, all of them Obamakins, that believe they can retroactively apply new standards to older products, forcing them off the market. If Obama or Hillary were President today, their FDA Commissioner might get away with it, but in today's Trump world where the law is the law, it ain't going to happen. When the FDA grants a 510K it is for life and there are no loopholes for the far left to exploit. But don't bet on FDA OIR letting this go. They are going to try, and the FDA media will be behind the effort. But in the end it will fail.
On the other hand, if the Dems get control of Congress in November they might change a lot of laws. There are more than 50% of Americans and non-Americans that live here that should support tyranny. In fact many of the non-Americans that the Dems so love, come from nations that live under tyranny. They will feel more at home.
