I could complain about the fact that I have all these shares at $3+ basis, $4+ basis, but the reality is that I was hedging against a sudden rise to $10+ and I would have made the same decision every time, fore IPIX's pipeline is out of this world awesome. It's simply a matter of time when that pipeline value gets returned to us shareholders. There's no debt dangers here, the only danger is dilution - a dilution only concern is rare in the pre-revenue emerging biotech world. At worst the industry standard 'toxic' financing comes into play, I'm thinking something is in the works that makes that concern irrelevant (hint: signed termsheet).
