When Leo PR'd about the milestones,I believe he knew then that
although he would use them if needed , he had no intention to
if it was avoidable.
That said,if anyone thinks Leo didn't foresee this scenario playing
out without having his "ducks in order"is a bigger fool than I would
ever have taken them for.
(If not then he's the biggest loser of all of us considering all that he
has put into this company)
