Yeah, but those guys couldn't get it done for the past year. Why would they be able to make it happen now in a JV? They might be nice guys and might be experts at what they do, but, teamed up with Steve didn't work the last time. No, I think it is best for both parties to be going their separate ways. I would find it difficult to establish a relationship based on mutual trust, as is required for a JV, for either of the two parties.
