Agreed they are different scenarios, but I would think that there is a good chance the basic steps are going to be similar? Regardless, I am still learning from experience on this one. Maybe I should do a better job on DD on these types of things in advance, but I feel good about my DD on the strength of IPIX's science and target markets, so I am not as concerned about studying real hard on the intricacies of the deal making. That is what we have Leo and Dr. B for.
For the sake of others like me I am glad to have this type of dialogue on the board. Thanks for those of you who are still working to make this board a useful and meaningful place to learn and share. Those that are here for manipulation and FUD, I look forward to the day when you are gone.
