Hmmmmm.....
What can we reasonably infer?
1.The flu vax was thought to be less effective, and it was.
The pharmacist told me that this year's vaccine protects against 2 more strains of flu than last year's vaccine. In any case, last year's worked for me.
2. Fewer people were vaccinated?
3.) The continued aging of the population left larger numbers of us vulnerable to aging immune systems and more severe symptoms, including death?
