Bashholes trash Twitter pages all the time now. Empty threats are par for the course. Even with law firms. Like pulling the lever on a virtual slot machine.
I watched a class action suit launched against Lumber Liquidators which was built on falsified claims. Gold digging lawyers and their misled and/or gold digging clients trying to get a payday from bogus claims. Those class action suits didn't amount to doodley squat.
No more relevant than those claims already dismissed in Texas. Pure nonsense. So far, the court has determined that the current management team was not party to any willful deceit of shareholders.
Certain other defendants are surely concerned about the additional allegations concerning little to no compensation to the company for shares of common stock received, which were split off to be heard in a separate case.
The sword rattling isn't over yet, but if there were merit to any of it, don't you think they'd keep their big yappers shut so as to blind side "the enemy"? I do. That looks like something a troll like Haytore the hater would post. He still goes out of his way to put a thumbs down on most of my posts, futile as it may be. lol
