If you rightys had any understanding of and respect for our Constitution, you wouldn't be losing your shit over the exercise of the rights guaranteed by it. You might understand what a parade permit is too.

As noted above, the event depicted in the four photographs is an annual one, not a weekly one, and the participating group obtains the required parade permits from New York City authorities.
