ATTENTION SMOKERS! I just wanted to address the board and give my testimony on my experience with smoking. Call me corny, but I feel a bond with every Utopyan here. Here there are no politics, no bias, no racism, and no b.s. We are all on this boat together.Sink or swim.
So lately smoking has been a topic. I smoked twenty years, and am happy to say I have quit 8+ years now. I was the worst smoker. With this long-winded post I want to tell you how I was able to quit. Simply I read a book The Easy Way To Quit Smoking by Allen Carr. He is the #1 quit smoking guru in the world, but with no advertising. Only word of mouth. During the course of the book you continue to smoke, chew vape, whatever.
I highlighted what made sense to me during reading. After I quit I carried that book with me and when I had the urge to smoke I simply flipped through the book and read what I highlighted and it reconfirmed why I wanted to stop. I also used an e-cig after quitting for about a month. I went from regular nicotine, to light nicotine, to 0. Two weeks on 0 nicotine, I put the e-cig and book away and havent smoked since!
Thats it! wal-ah! A $15.00 book. Now if I could just get off the black tar heroin, Jack Daniels and Budweiser! WHOOP! WHOOP! WHOOP!
This is my one post for the day as I have been put in Investors Hangout jail for plagarising Jim Morrison and the Doors in my last post. I hope It will be of help to anyone struggling to quit smoking. After all, were all going to need our health while spending our ANDI $$$$$$ right? WHOOP! WHOOP! WHOOP! Good day my fellow Utopyans!
