RE: Dr. Dalton call-my phone rang and it was Dr. Dalton. He was calling from another number, not his usual phone-perhaps he was in Dr. Goldmans office or the attorneys-I dont know. He asked how was I doing and I said good-how are you-he said wonderful. I just this morning received word the DEA has reclassified CBD as a schedule V-the best level. I said wow, that is great news. He said yes it is and I just wanted you to be the first to know and you may post this on your boards. I said does this mean we will be getting news-he said he planned to make a post about this on linkedin and then he said have a good day, he was in a rush. I thanked him for the call and we hung up. To me, he was ecstatic. I believe this is our last hurdle and we will receive a PR-perhaps in days if not hours.
