Both were awarded these securities under the 2016 compensation agreement. **Give the 2016 agreement a look; You will notice some very key items:
They can acquire these shares in particular ways:
1. Vesting (Most have not vested yet)
2. Taking into account splits or reverse splits, the common share must be over $3.00 per share (Well we know this isn't true yet)
3. They would need to be terminated with proper cause (Both are still employed and on the board)
4. IPIX needs to cease being traded on a public exchange (OTC stinks but we're trading)
5. "Change of Ownership" A specific individual and/or entity must take control of at least 50% of the common shares to give a controlling interest of the company.
So how do you suppose this acquisition of shares and warrants came about? Hmmmmmm
