Contemporaneous record of stock manipulation attempts by iHub users for a potential report to the SEC.
The iHub users listed below are posting deliberately misleading information claiming - inter alia - the following:
- The DoD would not award any contract to TMPS for aircraft operation in military support roles. This is a lie - TMPS already have multiple ongoing contracts both for providing and operating special mission aircraft for DoD.
- The TMPS Tristar fleet comprises "non-airworthy crashing planes". This is a lie - the Tristar fleet is ex-Royal Air Force and maintained to the highest standard - none have ever crashed. There is a huge difference between airworthiness and any minor modifications required to operate in a new country of registration.
- Plunging share price. This is a lie - the price is at a recent high of .1290.
- Lack of volume.This is a lie - on Sep 27, 44K was bought in the first 32 minutes of trading - including am unusually large buy of 20K at .1208.
- "No serious investor would be gullible enough to believe a branch of the US military would have anything to do with this Company". This is a lie on multiple counts. Some of the biggest traders in the OTC have invested in TMPS - at least one is an expert in the field of military aircraft operations - and the US military have already awarded several multiple year contracts to the company.
