A little background on Mr. Vicente Fox. With all of the Coca Cola talk i figured this may be an interesting addition to the board.
Mr. Vicente Fox is an Advisor at GreenWorld Restoration LLC. Mr. Fox serves as Co-President of the Centrist Democrat International, an international organization of Christian democratic political parties. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Coca-Cola Mexico. Mr. Fox served as Coca-Cola Mexico's President from 2000 to 2006. In 1964, he went to work for the Coca-Cola Company where he started as a route supervisor, and he drove a delivery truck. He quickly rose in Coca-Cola to become the supervisor of Coca-Cola’s operations in Mexico, and later in all of Latin America. He serves as a Board Member of GreenWorld Homes USA & Caribbean, Inc. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board of EIM Capital. He has been a Director of Diaz Wholesale & Manufacturing Co. Inc. since January 2008. In 1995, Mr. Fox was elected Governor of his home state of Guanajuato, a Mexican state that today is still governed by members of his political party. Mr. Fox is a member of the Club of Madrid, an independent non-profit organization composed of 81 democratic former President and Prime Ministers from 57 different countries. He serves as Director of Ondine Biomedical Inc. since February 2018. He was President of Mexico from 2000 to 2006. Since leaving the Presidency, Mr. Fox has returned to private life in his home state of Guanajuato, actively supporting three Foundations Marta Maria Sahagún de Fox, including the Vicente Fox Center of Studies, Library and Museum ('Centro Fox'). He moved to Mexico City to attend the Universidad Iberoamericana and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 1964. He earned his diploma in Top Management Skills from the Harvard Business School in the United States in 1974.
