Bought some Tuesday. Kelts analogy is a good one. I’m thinking the total deal/package will be good. Would like to see a large up front payment too. The BTD can be a milestone with a payment or contingent value right tied to it. In fact most risks BP can use a CVR for if they want to serial aspects of the deal. I think a deal can come any day after 9/31.IMO
