We all know these things take time. Tax related issues suck no matter who you are. No one likes it but most of us understand so no reason to belabor the point.
The debt will be settled for a fraction of the outstanding tax. I honestly think it will be paid in full but others think otherwise, it is all speculation.
The fact that ONCI has not been listed on the tax delinquent list for the past 2 revisions and the accrual of additional tax debt eludes to being in negotiations.
I hope we will have good news shortly regarding this and the adjudication of the second letter to allow for the reduction of shares.
I am curious however if the data FINRA was looking for from the previous managers/owners was resolved. Do we know if they ever responded to SB?
