$PSGR On April 9, 2018 in a Press Release, Pershing Resources announced a new association with America's Gold Exploration, Inc. (AGEI) and its President, Don McDowell. On July 10, 2018, Pershing Resources announced a strategic alliance with AGEI. About 12 Million Shares of Pershing Resources were issued to Don McDowell and another individual for a percentage of 'rights' to two alleged precious metals claims locations. Additionally, Don was to take over the developmental management of the Pershing Resources mine location near Kingman, AZ. Oh, yeah...a Multi-Million Dollar sum was also alleged to be a part of the association as Pershing Resources alleges that it will raise this amount to finance the development of the two alleged precious metals mine locations in Nevada.
July to August is not a great deal of time to develop a great many plans or complete many actions in the field. Investors will have no problem waiting a few more months to hear about the initial actions of Pershing Resources and AGEI at the Nevada locations. HOWEVER...the near Kingman location is LONG OVERDUE for information. The near Kingman location has had YEARS to produce viable samples that would justify the development of a PRODUCTIVE mine.
In Dewey/Humbolt, Arizona there is/was a company that produced a gardening product that 'greened' vegetation through the combination of minerals that are/were naturally present in the ground. I have used the product over the years and have been very pleased with it. While NOT considered a true ORGANIC fertilizer, the product works wonders in the yard. Which brings me to what Pershing Resources has NOT produced for OVER TWENTY PLUS YEARS.....precious metals that have been continuously mined, processed, and SOLD. There have been many Press Releases over the TWENTY PLUS YEARS that suggest that something might occur BUT there has been no precious metals production and sales....Zip...Zero...Nada for TWENTY PLUS YEARS.
Getting back to that company near Dewey/Humbolt, Arizona. The product is NOT a natural fertilizer....y'know, typically one that is made by gathering and processing large amounts of Bovine Excretion. However, it is still a marketable product that enjoys immense dollar sales. On the other hand, Pershing Resources has provided years of alleged activities that could possibly be construed as BS, but has not sold one bag of it for fertilizer. After TWENTY PLUS YEARS, one might expect that an expert in BS would be able to package, market, and continue to sell the BS.....just conjecture, of course.
Maybe the market for buying BS has run dry.
