Nothing against Mike Starkweather (don't read that as a diss, Mike, I know it is hard not to, but we do know your role was likely very different at the outset of this endeavor) but Utopya's management has needed to get its ducks in a row for several months now.
Per business promises: Delays happen. Crap hits the fan. That's business, that's life, and that's reality.
