I’ll politely disagree. I don’t think Starkweather necessarily diluted this thing for his buddies. Starkweather has a working relationship with Corbin Hardy and Darryl Green. We have all seen the DD with Dynamic Ventures and the relationship. I honestly believe Starkweather was brought on with Corbin and Darryl as a group package. Mikes experience is supposedly in understanding toxic financing and I believe he was supposed to work out deals with old toxic lenders to remove those debts without diluting this thing. Unfortunately it’s obvious that did not work out and investors help finance the old debts and billions of shares were issued. Mike failed at his negotiations to limit dilution from the old shell and obviously he paid the price for it.

As far as diluting for his friends, all those that received shares (with the exception of Corbin Hardy) are individuals associated with the old shell. And I doubt his mission was to enrich members from the old shell. IMO
