As someone who worked at a “dot com” company back in my youth, I personally witnessed all the chaos that ensues when a company has grand visions and high expectations for success. I didn’t fully understand it, nor appreciate what went into it at the time, as I was just happy to have a job so I could pay my rent. As I take this journey as a shareholder now, I look back on those experiences and understand how much work it took to become a successful start-up that eventually got bought up by a major company for the technology we created at the time. Lots of long hours writing code, arguments, chaos, restructuring, gear shifting, and frustration as we kept grinding away at building something we believed in. $hit happens as you’re trying to get off the ground, and we almost had to pack up shop as investor funding started to fade. It’s all part of the deal - visionaries have the dreams and it becomes all about getting the right people in place to execute on those dreams. IMO ANDI restructured to get into a better place to execute on those dreams and with the right leadership in place and a little luck, we’ll all be thankful we rode this thing out. Yes, we need more substantial news. Yes, the pps will continue to fluctuate as these lower levels until we hear about results vs. dreams. However, I personally take today’s news as a positive that the company is indeed REAL. Humility, accountability, and the continued drive by our leadership team to make this company a success is good enough for me to keep believing. We all have our opinions and I respect them all. I wish you all the best as we continue to ride this roller coaster together.
