clearly not pissed off enough because odds are they would have sold .. and only a handful whine and that too isn't new .. majority (interact with folks who represent approx 200 separate investors) have long since drawn their respective lines in the sand .. and they recognize each actual P2O investor only controls their *actions* .. not the actions of P2O .. which means simply .. whether PTOI shares are held (yep) .. sold or bought
what is beyond telling over the past 8 weeks is the CONcerted effort by non retail (cause it's not retail who illegally manipulates OTC stox like PTOI) to *ramp* volume on PTOI .. why .. what would be the purpose of *volume* now on PTOI?
as noted numerous X .. there is no reason for *new eyes* to look @ P2O until mgmt gives them a reason to do so ..
ironically the same core group of investors who've always provided bid support
have picked off a significant % of PTOI *shares* during this *effort* .. even more interesting (at least to me) is not one *sell* time stamp forwarded .. i noted weeks back that *effort* looked CONtrived .. it still does .. there are very clear patterns that get played out on PTOI .. which doesn't take much to observe .. if watched
OTCX is a decoy MM working in alignment with CDEL and NITE (August) .. beyond curious to see what OTCX *reports* to Finra for September 2018's volume
