OKLAHOMA CITY, Sept. 25, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NetworkWire – Sixty Six Oilfield Services, Inc. (OTCBB: SSOF) (“the Company”) announces a name change to 665 Energy, Inc. This is a move designed to distinguish the corporate structure of the holding company from its three operating companies: Five Star Rig and Supply, Oklahoma Rig Fabricators and 66 Oilfield Services. The Company has updated its corporate website to reflect these changes.
To help 665 Energy communicate this and other news to the investor community, CEO Jason Clayton announced, “We are delighted to sign NetworkNewsWire as our investor relations partner. Our goals are to improve our communications to the investment community. The Company is proceeding with the funding for our rig acquisitions, rapidly expanding our business, and there are many exciting new growth opportunities that we are capitalizing on. NetworkNewsWire will help us communicate with our shareholders and amplify our message. We are excited for this partnership.”
As 665 Energy proceeds with its rig acquisition plans, the Company will now proceed with a full financial audit. The audit was on pause due to the acquisition of Five Star but now that the integration is fully complete, we are proceeding with completing the audit. The Company plans to complete the audit in 2018, become an SEC reporting standards company, and move up to the OTCQB in Q4.
