imo a Cusip change will definitely be done and those shorted shares will need to be covered very VERY soon.

With the acquisition and integration of Sound Concepts we qualify for a new Cusip imo.
Now that we know that the stock has been manipulated and shorted and naked shorted by no doubt the MM's, they are in deep deep trouble!

The coming weeks when we get our announcements will be the turning point imo.
Funny thing is is that people are buying shares and holding long with the knowledge of what is around the corner.
So where are they going to come up with 1.1 million shares to cover???
If know one is selling they are screwed.
I have a hunch that the short position is even bigger then the 1.1 million last reported, seeing how the pps is drifting/manipulated lower recently.
What will happen when they price the IPO on $7?
Short will scramble and cover and the pps will rise parabolic accordingly.
If no one is selling low and people have some sell orders in for like $6 dollars the shorts will be forced to cover for the $6 if no one else is selling lol!
Of course there are always a few persons that did no DD and give their shares away for bargain prices.
I will not be one of them.
I don't care where the pps is right now i care where it is in 3 weeks time and more importantly a couple years out
