The arrogance of the MM's is just beyond belief. I

The arrogance of the MM's is just beyond belief. I put in an offer at .0053 for 20k shares and they did a partial fill of 539 shares. They do this so that I get charged a transaction fee that is more than the price of the shares. It is to completely discourage any buying. This is the 3rd time it has happened to me. Does anybody really believe that there were 539 shares out there that somebody sold??? I know I can put in an all-or-none order but then that doesn't show up on the Level2 and I want it to show up there. It is just disgusting what they do to manipulate a stock and our government just turns a blind eye to everything they are doing. There is a special place in hell reserved for people like this!
