No, the board is not "alarmingly paranoid." Actual long-term shareholders have suffered through lies, half-truths, and plausible-sounding misinformation so many times that someone suddenly appearing, saying things that are contrary to what clinical trials have shown, are viewed with suspicion.
Anyone who has read any message board anywhere involving IPIX is well aware of this.
