Our new management is evaluating existing operations.

This shows all they are doing is seeing what the results of the first phone should be, resulting from marketing to sales as I see it, evaluating existing operations,,,the phones are the existing operation's.

The next steps, phones or anything else they are looking at. Making plans to get the best results from future plans.

This tells me since they are one of the distributors, the one we know about anyhow. That they would be the first to know about the phone, and so be it, looks as though they took it as its a go and telling UTOP they are ready.
This is all my opinion, and how I'm looking at it. This tells me this week the phone comes out. Whatever anyone else says is find. Like i see it, its all there in writing. Hope I'm right. Gltua
