I see what everyone is thinking and can't blame anyone for theses thoughts. But I'm going off the sudden tweet put out here Friday and the follow up tweet from ACI which said their ready. Seem to me the UTOP team reviewed the current status, and hopefully gave it a go to ACI to go with it. That's the way I read it, and this is why I asked if anyone else read it this way. It looked to me its going to go this week. That my thoughts on what I read.
