The clinical trials showed that Brilacidin oral rinse PREVENTED the development of oral mucositis in many patients. Those who did develop it got it
later than untreated patients, and for shorter duration (even one day less agony can make a huge difference in whether someone has to be hospitalized or have their cancer treatment discontinued).
Therefore, your claim that sores have to develop for it to work are untrue. This is utterly contradicted by the clinical trial.
Lack of systemic absorption is an ADVANTAGE, not a disadvantage.
As I said previously, there certainly is a place for both drugs. Using Brilacidin first, and then adding Galera's drug if necessary is a logical progression. So if you're a GALE shareholder, don't worry.
