Personally, I have had faith and patience for over 9 months now and it has made me zero profit.....in fact I have lost a fairly significant amount of money on paper. My investment timeline was always at least a year to January 2019, but I can no longer stand by silently when what little info we do have points to dysfunctional management that quite possibly has fleeced investors. BLIND faith in the OTC doesn't benefit anybody and in business is pretty naive.
This isn't my first rodeo, as I have previously stated I have been trading pennies for 20 years and based on management's actions to date from a shareholder standpoint ANDI looks more like an eventual no-bid tax write-off than a company that is about to generate $100MM in revenue over the next year....never mind the next 3 months.
As a businessman myself I am a results-driven individual and I will do my best to hold management of any company I invest in to the same standards as I hold myself and my own employees too.....accountability is not a luxury in a successful business, it is a necessity.
The excuses that shareholders were "too hard" on management is nonsense. If management doesn't like to be criticized by irate shareholders here is a novel idea......execute well and keep your shareholders adequately informed....or option #2 stay as a private company. Most investors were so irate because they felt they had been kept in the dark far too long all while watching the value of their investment go down daily. These clowns were running a public company and as such have a fiduciary duty to the owners of that company, i.e. their shareholders.
Starkweather and Steinberg had no problem pumping the shit out of the stock when they needed us to absorb the dilution from the toxic financiers.
Management has done zero to prove to any reasonable person that they are, in fact, a legitimate company that will be introducing a disruptive new mobile phone into the global market as they claim. Is it possible....yes,of course, but highly improbable if they continue to conduct themselves the way they have been for the last 6 months.
All that said, I am encouraged by the appointment of Mr. Keer as long as he brings the management principles he claims to ascribe to on his LinkedIn profile. If the phone/operating system is as good as advertised, or even half as good, then we will all recoup our investments and some.
Please understand I am not attacking you personally, but I am absolutely attacking the idea of giving ANDI management, past & present, the free reign to operate without accountability.
Also, just to clarify I still believe in ANDI's ability to make me money due to the tech itself and the appointment of what seems to be a no-nonsense guy in Mr. Keer, but come late December if we are still running with the "faith & patience" line then you will see 40M shares hit the bid in short order.
Best of luck to you and all ANDI shareholders.
Have a great weekend!!!
