U know what when u first posted this I admit that i kinda passed it over but then went back and read it and very nice find there KGEM. It lead me to other DD notice they say have a agreement with CHOP or the Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia then Agrimed had this article posted on their website

So I then researched Zelda and think Agrimed could be working with them on this study

Then I also found another person Tony Payton who is now a lobbyist living in Australia but hails from Philly and is friends with Crockett on Linkedin
Oh and he was an ex house member for Pennsylvania
