My hope is that Dr Dalton, Sterling Crockett and Dr Goldman have a backup plan in mind. I can't imagine that well over a year ago when they came up with this idea of a medical cannabis conglomerate that they said amongst themselves that it will be up and running in one year from now IF Congress acts in our favor. The thought of building this up for over a year and betting on a bunch of inept and fickle congressmen does not make sense.
I also believe that if we were waiting on the farm bill Dr Dalton would be able to come out and say so. He has told JB on at least two occasions that he can't comment on which bureaucrats (not legislators) we are waiting on due to legal reasons. I don't see any way there can be a legal issue for Dr Dalton to come out and say "it's the farm bill".
You guys don't have to listen to the clips in the link below but read the highlights. The wait can be long. Very long. I hope my theory that there is a backup plan is correct and that plan comes to light soon.
