There are no operations (outside of monthly rent, phone and internet) at IPIX. Leo and Dr. B can negotiate the partnership from a Starbucks if they want to. Right? So they can operate on virtually nothing. I’m sure Leo doesn’t care until a Partnership is signed. Then operations can resume on what is next, probably not if they are in a Buy Out, or if the BP is running the trials. All trials are contracted out via 3rd party, which can all start once the partnership is signed. Facts / Assumptions/ Perception/ Context probably is more influenced by your reality of how you seen and interpret things through your filters, same for me. Nothing is fact until it’s an absolute.
